The standardized extract of Rhodiola rosea has adaptogenic properties, its compounds intervening in the secretion of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine, at the metabolic level and possibly at the hormonal level.

The bioactive compounds extracted from the mushroom body or Hericium erinaceus mycelium possess antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, glycemic control and blood fat lowering properties.

Bacosides, the main active compounds in the standardized extract of Bacopa Monnieri, show antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anxiety-reducing effects and, in the case of chronic administration (several weeks), support cognitive functions.

L-Theanine extracted from green tea leaves supports intellectual effort and facilitates learning by increasing attention and emotional balance, the ability to ignore disturbing stimuli. The combination of L-theanine and caffeine works synergistically to combat cognitive fatigue.

Caffeine is a stimulant of the central nervous system, has a weak psycho-energizing effect, has an effect to combat the feeling of sleep.

Ginger extract is used for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-apoptotic, antiviral and antibacterial effects.

Citicoline – interacts less with levodopa, a medication commonly used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease or neurological movement disorders.

Magnesium citrate, in high doses, can have laxative effects.

Chronic administration of vitamin D3 can increase magnesium levels in the blood.

Magnesium citrate is administered with caution in patients with inflammatory bowel disease or renal failure.

Bacopa Monnieri extract is not recommended for people using calcium channel blockers (especially used to treat high blood pressure).

There are no studies on the safety of Bacopa extract in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

L-theanine has GRAS status (Generally recognized as safe), safety index in administration. L-theanine should be administered with caution and after consultation with a physician in patients using stimulant medications for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or anxiolytics.

There are no studies on the safety of L-theanine in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Vitamin B6 may interact with medication used to treat Parkinson’s disease and some anticonvulsant medications used to treat epilepsy.

Prolonged excess intake of vitamin B6 can cause unwanted side effects.

Caffeine administered above the maximum recommended doses (400 mg/day) can cause an increase in blood pressure, the frequency of heart contractions, and in large doses, it can cause various heart rhythm disorders. These effects may occur at lower doses in people with caffeine sensitivity.

Caffeine is also a weak diuretic and has the opposite effect of sedative medication.

Ginger extract may potentiate the anti-aggregating effect of aspirin.
